I am an Associate researcher at BMC, Lund University, with a background in biomedicine and microscopy-based research. I completed my PhD in a pediatric nephrology lab, where I investigated the apoptotic mechanisms of a bacterial toxin using super-resolution light microscopy.
I currently work as an application expert for a data-driven microscopy platform, focusing on the optimization and operationalization of image acquisition, image analysis, and downstream data analysis workflows. This role has given me experience in connecting biological research questions with practical imaging and analysis solutions, as well as supporting users in making their workflows more robust and reproducible.
